1What TurantLe is

TurantLe connects people across India for four things: Rent (houses, rooms, shops and more, listed by owners), Jobs (shop and office staff), Technician (plumber, electrician, repair) and Grocery (delivered from our own store). For Rent, Jobs and Technician we are a platform: the deal is between you and the other person.

2Your account

• You log in with your own mobile number and a code sent on WhatsApp. Keep the code private.
• Give true information. Job seekers must be 18 or older.
• We may block an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.

3Rent

• Only the owner (or our field agent on the owner's behalf) may list a property. Brokers are not allowed.
• A listing goes live after our person visits and verifies it. Owners must re-confirm availability about every 30 days.
• If several people report a listing, it is re-checked and may be hidden.
• We do not take part in the rent agreement, deposit or any payment between owner and tenant.

4Jobs

• Employers are verified by a visit. Never ask a job seeker for money. Such openings are removed and the employer blocked.
• Job seekers are never charged by TurantLe.
• We do not guarantee that any job is filled or that any candidate is suitable.

5Technician

• Technicians are verified before they receive requests. The first verified technician who accepts a request gets it.
• The price of the work is agreed between you and the technician. The visit charge shown is set by the technician.
• Technicians who miss visits get warnings and can be suspended.
• Repair work is done by the technician, not by TurantLe; please check the work before paying.

6Grocery

• Payment is cash on delivery. Prices and fees are shown before you order.
• Delivery is confirmed with a 4-digit code that you give to the delivery person.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once packed. We refund only if an item is missing or damaged.

7Fees

TurantLe is free for everyone until 31 January 2027. After that we may charge owners, employers or technicians a registration or listing fee; we will tell you in the app before any charge. Job seekers are never charged.

8What you must not do

• Post false, misleading or illegal content, or photos that are not yours.
• Harass others, or use someone's number for anything other than the deal it was shared for.
• Try to break, copy or overload the app or server.

9Our responsibility

We verify as carefully as we can, but we cannot promise that every listing, employer or technician is perfect. To the extent the law allows, TurantLe is not responsible for losses from deals between users. Our responsibility for grocery orders is limited to the value of the order.
