1What we collect

• Your mobile number (to log you in with a one-time code on WhatsApp) and the name you enter.
• What you post: rent listings and photos, tenant needs, job openings or your job profile (name, age, skills, area, expected salary), technician requests and your technician profile (name, trades, areas, photo).
• Grocery: delivery addresses, order history, delivery instructions.
• Location: only when you press "use current location", and for our field agents when they take verification photos at a place. Photos taken by field agents carry the place and time. Job seekers can save a home location (a map point you choose) so we can show nearby jobs; employers see only how far you are, never your address.
• Email (optional): if you add one in a profile, so we can reach you about that profile.
• Partners (technicians, delivery staff, field agents): name, photo and, where needed for safety, an ID document. These are kept private and are visible only to authorised staff.
• Technical data: your language choice, app version, and a device token for notifications.
• Usage counts: we use Google Firebase Analytics for anonymous counts, such as how many people open the app, which service is opened, and how many logins or orders happen. These counts never include your number, name or address.

2Who sees your number

Your mobile number is never shown to other users until you accept. When someone shows interest in your listing, job or profile, you decide: only after you tap Accept do both sides see each other's number. A technician sees a customer's number and address only after the technician has accepted that request. Our staff can see your number to run the service and to check reports.

3How we use it

• To run Rent, Jobs, Technician and Grocery, to verify listings, employers and technicians, and to deliver orders.
• To send you login codes and important updates (for example "your order is on the way") in the app and, when switched on, on WhatsApp.
• To keep the service safe: reports from users, blocking misuse, and keeping an audit record of what staff do.

We do not sell your data and we do not show advertisements.

4Sharing

We share data only with the people involved in a transaction (as in section 2), with service providers that we need to run TurantLe, and when the law requires it. These providers are: our hosting company; Meta (WhatsApp), which delivers login codes and messages; Google (Firebase for notifications and anonymous analytics, and Google Maps services, which receive the place you search for or the map point you pick, to find addresses and distances); and OpenStreetMap for some map data.

5How long we keep it

Listings and openings expire when not re-confirmed. Login codes are deleted within minutes. Order records are kept for accounts and returns. You can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it; some records (for example orders, reports and audit logs) may be kept for as long as the law or fairness to others needs.

6Your choices

• You can change your name and language in Account, and remove your listings or profile.
• Delete your account: in the app go to Help and tap "Delete my account", or follow the steps on our account deletion page. You can also ask us to correct your data or to stop WhatsApp messages using the contact below.
• Job seekers must be 18 or older. Job seekers are never charged. TurantLe is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7Security

We use encrypted connections (https), store login codes only in scrambled form, keep private verification photos away from public view, and limit staff access by role. No system is perfectly safe, so please do not share your login code with anyone.
